How to Save Time and Earn More Money

There are probably a few things we all talk about.
It’s time and money. But, how to save our time and earn more money? There’s an utter importance of time and money in our lives.
You have to spend time with your family. You have to have enough money to pay for your bills, holiday trips, gifts and give care to your family. Each Friday, I try to strategize some business ideas to help you grow as a business owner. A number of business owners watch our videos and Facebook show to get some help to grow their own business.
In this post, I will be covering 9 tips to make more money and find time in your life. The interesting thing is every day we have only 1440 minutes. Everybody got the same amount of time. It’s what you do with the time that matters. Let’s jump right into this;
1- Get up a little bit early
I had a goal to get up a little bit earlier. It’s always been a struggle for me. I was like a 7 a.m guy if I didn’t want to go anywhere. But, a couple of years ago, a friend talked to me and told me he wakes up at 4:30 a.m.
So, if you get up 30 minutes earlier than you are doing right now you will find a lot more time in your life. If you haven’t had the chance, go and check out the book ‘The Miracle Morning’ for a quick read. It’s a great source of information.
First, start getting up 30-minutes earlier. Get it kicked off!
2- Plan your day the night before
Instead of waking up at 7:00 a.m, plan your day the night before. Get a planner, schedule your day and follow it. Always try to know what you’re going to do tomorrow. Prepare for your day.
Block out few minutes and plan your tomorrow. You can even plan your weekends so that you can spend more time with your family and friends. I actually plan out my Sunday every week. I also try to plan out my whole week so I can be more proficient at work.
3- Develop a powerful morning routine
Get to know how you’re going to spend your morning? How do you set the pace? Just try to get up and roll.
I try to work out in the morning. Also, try to complete a few things. I also try to write down my goals. Also, I do things to refresh my mind.

4- Focus on dollar producing activities
Start with a PLAN.
P = Prospect
L = Lead follow-ups
A = Appointments
N = Negotiations
Everybody has prospects no matter what the business is. They have to find new businesses. If you find new prospects, you are probably going to follow up with leads. I think a lot of dollars are lost in the lead follow-ups. Because people don’t do it enough. To get your lead, you have to talk to people 8-9 times before they finally make their decisions. Then, try to get new appointments. Meet new people. Try to do one-on-one face time, if you can. Meet people face to face. Find out what you don’t know and make it happen. In the end, do more negotiations. Make the deal happen for you.
5- Confirm all appointments a day before
Again, plan all your appointments a day before. Schedule them in advance. Inform them about the set time. Text them when you are going to meet them. Email them that you are going to be there.
Follow up with your appointments a day before to make confirmations.
6- What’s your expected outcome
Definitely ask yourself about the expected outcome of every single meeting. What’s the point of me going to this event? Why am I meeting this person? What do I expect from them? Do I expect them to close up or sign the contract? Do I want to make them purchase this? Or, do I want them to get into the next step? Know the outcome so that you can plan and envision that. Help them understand where you are trying to get them to grow as well.
7- Avoid energy and time suckers
There are so many people in your life that may take up your time. They may suck your energy. The guys that are hanging out in the office potentially may take your 30 minutes and talk on anything. Shut the doors. Put something on the door that says something like I’m busy, I’m on the phone. Find a way to fit prospecting into your routine.
Don’t let those time suckers take up your energy and time.
8- Turn Off Your Phone
A big one for a lot of people is cell phones. Try to hang up the phone, turn off the Facebook. Sometimes, Facebook can be distracting for you. Try to close the notifications for an hour or so. Close extra browsers while working. It may be your business but it can be distracting sometimes. Maybe, put your phone on the airplane mode. Try to be able to step away from things and get your own work done.
9- Schedule more time off
The second you decide to take a vacation, everything in the world happens. Business becomes available, opportunities happen, homes are ready to be sold and so on.
If you plan ahead, plan more time off, maybe you will have more business happen. Always, plan different vacations along the year. Whatever it is, make it happen for your life.
