1- 360 VIDEOS
360 videos are getting huge. The 360 Camera is still rare. But, there’s a lot of cool programs and technologies that are coming out with 360 cameras. From such cameras, you can see a 360 degree view around you everywhere.
A lot of people from sports use 360 cameras to record a different kind of shots and actions. But, the important thing is these cameras are coming more into the real estate sector.
Imagine if you are walking through a house and you want to give people a great tour of the property. Use your 360 cameras and show them around the whole house that way. Whereas in normal camera mode, you see what I want you to see or where I’m pointing the camera. But, with 360 cameras you can look around and see what’s around you and see what you want to see.
The cool thing about 360 videos is that it actually has four times the reach over normal video do. If you start recording with 360 cameras you are going to get more engagement. By default, Facebook loves it, YouTube loves it.

Consistency does matter. The algorithms these social platforms use are huge. It’s also the content you put out there. But, if you go live or post something every single week on the same day at the same time Facebook, Instagram, Twitter will love this content consistency. These social platforms will put the content in front of the right audience because they know your content is coming at the specific time. Moreover, you are also telling your audience what to do when they check in. Because the audience knows you’re going to come live.
So, be consistent on social media platforms. Pick a day, pick a time. Preplan your content beforehand.
Try to be consistent in your posting and it’s going to get you better traction and better results. Especially when you have a live show like we do on Facebook known as Facebook Friday in the mornings. This way, people come in, engage with you and ask questions.
3- FACEBOOK AGE DEMOGRAPHICS IS CHANGING
Each social media platform has their own demographic. Obviously, Snapchat has a super young demographic from age 13 to 25. Instagram has a 20-40 age group. Facebook is now hitting the age reach of 50-80 which is pretty uncommon before.
The cool thing about an older demographic is that they are very diligent about reading things. They click the post, they read and learn. That’s what we are trying to do. When you put content on social media you are trying to get engagement, likes, followers and more people to read. You’d also like to get more hearts on your content when people click the website. You are trying to get your readers to take action right away. That’s what happens with the demographics.
Facebook is getting older so it’s starting to get to that demographic reach. Like the people of the age group 50-80. If you are doing some marketing and that’s your target audience you can reach them much easier. Whether it’s about selling homes or getting people to come to your dental practice know that the audience is on social media.
It has become easier to get in reach with your target audience.
Try to know your audience. Know how to talk to them. Know what they want to hear. And, yes you can win every single time.
